Programs
We currently offer:
- Kids Co-op Program at Greenboro Pavilion for pre-school children and their caregivers.
- Soccer Program An entry level program with volunteer coaches, in three age groups, six weeks in May-June.
- Pushman Park Rink - Operation of the rink under contract with the City of Ottawa
- Let's Lunch - A social luncheon for 55+ seniors once a month.
- Yoga in the Park/Yoga Online - Free yoga sessions for families.
Events
We are curently planning:
- Winter Carnival - A Family Day event with outdoor activities
- Santa Event - For families.
Civic Affairs
Civic Affairs are all the things that affect our community, either directly or as part of the City of Ottawa. During our monthly meetings we have the opportunity to be briefed by Jessica Bradley and her team on issues, concerns, or good news related to our community. We also have the chance to raise community questions or concerns with Jessica.
Some examples:
- Traffic Calming in the community.
- Policing.
- Rezoning of land for different uses.
- Residential and Commercial Developments.
- Environment related items.
